In the broader sense energy services can be seen as an effective tool for lowering energy demands. The EU also sees this issue in a similar light and they have prepared the background material for implementing the use of these services into the legislative systems of the individual EU Member States. In the area of energy services we have long-term experiences gained from many domestic and foreign projects. Our experts first gained experience in energy services at the start of the 1990’s in the USA, where these services are applied extensively.

Currently EU structural funds and their usage is a very topical issue. In this area we specialise in grant titles used in the area of energy production, transfer and usage. We have a very broad range of services. Our customers are applicants for these grants and we help them with preparing their application and administering the programmes by providing a service connected to preparing the background materials for the effective allocation of the grant funds.

SEVEn has helped transform the Czech power industry to a significant degree. Whilst elaborating projects in the framework of liberalising the Czech energy market we drew upon extensive foreign experience.

For more than 10 years SEVEn has been working in the area of low-energy buildings. It takes part in both the planning phase and the realisation phase as a consultant in the area of energy savings. The aim is to demonstrate to the general public the possibilities of lowering a building’s energy demands with minimum or zero extra costs compared to a normal building. In cooperation with architects, the top professionals in the field and international participation several such buildings have been realised.

Air protection and preventing climate change, emissions trading and an integrated prevention system are areas that SEVEn has been involved in for many years and it gives them the due attention.
