EU-INOGATE-funded project “Energy Saving Initiative in the Building Sector in Eastern Europe and Central Asia” (ESIB) in collaboration with the USAID “Municipal Heating Reform Project in Ukraine” (MHR) Project is organising a study tour to Poland and to the Czech Republic on Social Protection of Consumers from September 25th till October 2nd 2011. The aim of the study tour is to inform decision makers from relevant ministries in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia (INOGATE Partner Countries) about social protection of energy consumers in relation with Energy Efficiency Programs in the Housing Sector in two New Member States of the European Union.
