Financing energy efficiency projects
We are aware that project financing is an integral part of their realisation. Therefore, we try to elaborate all projects with regard to their readiness for various forms of financing.
In the area of financing, we provide services to the actual project organisers, financial institutions and the grant administrators.
For specific projects, we primarily focus on optimising them in the context of obtaining financial resources. Specifically, this aspect concerns technical and economic optimisation, setting the parameters of contractual relationships, determining the value of the projects, etc. ...
For financial institutions, we usually provide services focused on appraising individual projects, from the standpoint of their technical design and the likelihood of achieving the planned economic results. Furthermore, for financial institutions we provide services consisting of consultancy in the areas of individual segments of the energy industry in the CR and abroad, description of the legislation and the resulting obligations, the technical potential of individual technologies and their market development.
In the field of grants, we provide consultancy to their administrators and the managers of individual grant applicants, being able to provide all customers with services based on long-term and extensive experience with a great deal of know-how. For individual applicants, we are able to compile an analysis of the opportunities for obtaining a grant for a project of energy conservation or use of renewable energy sources. We can also submit a grant application and provide complete grant management, in which we guide the applicant through the entire administrative process of application, acceptance, use and confirmation of received grants. In the case of grant administrators, we organise complete advisory services towards the optimal setting of the rules of grant programmes, the processes for allocating grants and compiling analyses connected to the technical-economic aspects of the areas supported, the market's absorption capacity, etc. ...
Subsidy management for school buildings in Prague 13
SEVEn assessed the suitability of the application of 34 school buildings in Prague 13 for subsidies from the Operational Programme Environment in order to finance the insulation of the buildings. SEVEn recommended that the applications for 15 school buildings be submitted. These applications were completed by annexes containing energy audits and basic project documentation. On the basis of all the available information, SEVEn prepared and drafted the applications for subsidies and submitted them to the State Environment Fund. All 15 submitted applications were successful and part of the city received grant support from the State Environment Fund.
Subsidy management for schools of the City of Prague
In the region of the City of Prague, several secondary schools were selected to apply, in several phases, for subsidies from the Operational Programme Environment in order to finance the insulation of their buildings. SEVEn prepared the energy audits and basic project documentation for most of the schools applying. Based on the drafted documents, applications for subsidies were written by SEVEn for a total of 24 schools.
Grant applications for thermal insulation for selected secondary schools in Prague
In the region of the City of Prague, several secondary schools were chosen for which the submission of grant applications from the Operational Programme Environment were prepared for the thermal insulation of buildings. In all, the project involved seven secondary and vocational schools. SEVEn processed energy audits and the preliminary project documentation for all the buildings. The processed documents became the basis for writing grant applications, which SEVEn prepared in full for all buildings.
