Energy Report for 3 Serbian Municipalities (Serbian Energy Efficiency Agency, SEEA)

Energy reports and energy action plans were processed for the three Serbian municipalities of Jagodina, Kraljevo and Sombor. The report included an analysis of potential energy savings on the consumption side and supply side (central heat supply system), with pinpointing of the specific priorities of each town. The analysis was based on informative energy audits of selected buildings and end consumers and the heating company as the supplier. Offer curves were processed for selected typical buildings and for entire groups of buildings (consumption sectors). The report includes an analysis of potential savings in public lighting and wastewater treatment and the possible use of renewable energy sources, particularly biomass. The recommendations and proposals for specific activities were processed in the form of an action plan. Based on the acquired experience, the “Incentives and Drawbacks of Municipal Planning in Serbia” report was prepared. Two seminars were held on municipal energy planning, where experience from the Czech Republic and Serbia was presented, attended by more than one hundred visitors. All of the output was handed over to the Serbian Energy Efficiency Agency in English and Serbian.
