Our energy concepts, audits and feasibility studies are always compiled with regards to benefiting the customer as much as possible and also so that their outputs can be realised from both the economic and technical standpoints.

Energy audits are in accord with Act No. 406/2000 Coll. and mandatory for all subjects with an energy consumption of over 35 000 GJ, and for facilities in public ownership with consumption over 1 500 GJ/year.

SEVEn has been carrying out energy audits and concepts since 1991 for both business subjects in industry and for other operators of buildings and technical facilities. SEVEn workers have the requisite qualifications for working on energy audits in accord with the valid legislation.

Apart from developing methodological procedures and the technical aspects of energy audits SEVEn also monitors the strategic aspects, i.e. the long-term benefit of good economic results for various companies thus increasing their competitiveness.

SEVEn included carrying out an energy audit as part of the feasibility study in to a standard decision-making process in investment activities in the 90’s when, with the help of foreign experts, it acted as a consultant when establishing the MUFIS fund.

Usually SEVEn expands the legally required energy audits with extra items such as risk analysis, pre-project preparations and a proposal for ways of financing.

SEVEn has a good overview of the available commercial and grant financial sources. This enables it to prepare a complete service for a qualified decision in the area of investment advice.

SEVEn offers an evaluation of the options for financing projects by third parties, i.e. a contract for energy services of the type EPC/EC, including preparing the selection procedure for these services.
