GreenDeal4Buildings: Smart Building Investment Support
GreenDeal4Buildings became a key platform for dialogue between public administration, financial institutions, and the construction sector. SEVEn excelled as organizer and analytical partner, preparing a set of concrete measures supporting smart building investments. The proposed measures gained support from government institutions, banks, energy companies, and the construction sector. Outputs are reflected in specific legislative practice and subsidy programs. The initiative exemplifies successful integration of innovation, sustainability, and economics, and was invited to present at the pan-European meeting of the Coordinated Action on Energy Efficiency Directive (CA EED) in Berlin.
