StreamSAVE+: Harmonizing Energy Savings Calculations
The StreamSAVE+ project simplifies and standardizes the calculation of energy savings across EU member states. SEVEn provides expertise in the measurement and verification (M&V) of these savings, particularly concerning Articles 5 and 8 of the Energy Efficiency Directive. This work strengthens the reliability of savings data, which is fundamental for evaluating climate policies and comparing the cost-effectiveness of measures between countries. The project's results directly inform the development of subsidy schemes and national energy savings strategies.
